2 Acceptance of conditions By ordering wigs on the site, the customer accepts the present conditions of sale.
3 Characteristics of items The items offered for sale are described on the site as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.
4 Pricing Prices are given in euros, all taxes included. The boutique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force when the order is registered.
5 Ordering The buyer places an order online or by telephone. Any order implies acceptance of these terms of sale.
6 Payment Payment is made by credit card or PayPal. Bank details are not stored for commercial purposes.
7 Delivery Delivery is made to the address indicated by the purchaser within 12 working days after validation of payment.                              8 Withdrawal Due to the intimacy of wearing and hygiene, our site does not accept returns or exchanges on wig items once they have been tried on or used, even within the legal withdrawal period. We invite you to contact our customer service department before any purchase to find the model best suited to your needs.
9 Responsibility The Dana Milano website is fully responsible for the proper performance of obligations arising from the distance contract.
Personal data Personal data is processed in accordance with the 10 French Data Protection Act. The buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.
11 Applicable law and disputes These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
